I bring my massage chair and all supplies to your office or place of work, to provide quick shoulder, back, neck, and hand massages to the staff.  Great for special events such as retirements, holiday parties, or end of quarter.   Travel fee may apply for distances outside Monroe NC. 

I come to your place of business to provide a one hour class for your employees.  Groups of up to 50 people.  Travel free may apply for distances greater than 15 miles from Monroe.  

I come to your home to provide a custom class to small groups.  Great for bridal showers, birthdays, weddings, or to kick off a girl's night.  Travel fee may apply, for distances greater than 15 miles from Monroe. 

I work with you individually to create a yoga program suited to your personal goals. Travel fee may apply for distances outside Monroe NC.
